Due to our expanding growth and desire to grow we are seeking a Team Building Consultant to assist us as we continue to develop our client base and look to provide them with a wellrounded service offering. This is an exciting role that you can take as far as you are prepared to develop it. We want to look at this as an opportunity to work together to develop this service offering into an integral part of our business our mission is to provide affordable but effective workshops that really assist the client to develop their team dynamics. Responsibilities • Understanding the client’s needs • Designing the workshops on all levels to suit all clients • Working with the MD to develop pricing strategies to go to market • Identify business opportunities • Conduct the team building eventsRequirementsRequirements • Outstanding English communication written and verbal a MUST • Experience in establishing team building events • Energy and enthusiasm • Strong drive for success and creating something of their own This role will suit someone who has some experience in team building who loves being creative and enjoys working with people to develop their needs. Ideally you will be driven to be successful win business and really wants to develop a department of their own with the support of a great team.
