Job Description

1.Minimum experience of 1year in any banking process preferably credit cards

2.Deliver personalized service over Face to face customers on various enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

3.Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.

4.Identify crosssell opportunities during customer interaction.

5.Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.

6.Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.

7.Assisting customers with their enquiries escalate redirect problems when appropriate

8.Candidate should have very good communication skill in Arabic amp English.

9.Willing to work in shifts with flexible weekly offs.

10.Needs to possess legal documents to work amp furnish them immediately in case selected
