General Description

The Property Consultant will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales real estate brokerage and property evaluation to high net worth clients.

Work experience requirements

• 25 years Sales Experience in Real Estate


• Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the UAE Market


• Proven Sales track record


• Strong communication skills


• Customer Relations Expertise


• Holds a valid driving license


• Computer literate

    • Qualify clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
    
    
    • Maintain regular contact with developers investors and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via telephone calls emails letters and meetings.
    
    
    • Attend property viewings with prospective clients
    
    
    • Research potential business to secure buildings projects developments apartments and villas for sale
    
    
    • Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
    
    
    • Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.
    
    
    • Complete details of property which includes photo shooting arranging viewings showing the property to potential clients etcacirc128brvbar
