Parsons Brinckerhoff is global leader in engineering sector for major power generation and power networks projects in Middle East region. We are looking to appoint IWPP Performance Engineer for Kuwait office Job description To provided support for and recommendations in relation to reliability and performance tests required to achieve COD To plan for and participate in any tests required to contractually demonstrate the technical performance of the IWPP plant To report on and provide technical opinions and judgement in relation to any force majeure events affecting IWPP plant behaviour To plan for and take part in if required the FAT for the FDM To provide technical advice on any aspect of dispute between Client and the IWPP To assist in the drafting of requests for proposals and related schedules required to support the development of further IWPP projects To participate in and lead the technical evaluation of any new bids received for the development of future IWPP projects Job Requirements

Education B.Sc in Engineering or higher MBA or equivalent professional experience Experience At least 10 years engineering and or utility experience IWPP testing and commissioning experience gained in the Arabian Gulf or other markets Familiar with advising at middle management and supervisory staff level Has operated at a supervisory or management level in the power and or water industry
