We are looking to appoint IWPP Contracts Engineer for Kuwait office Job description To deputies for the IWPP Commercial Engineer in the latterrsquos absence To assist in dealing with day to day support required to be delivered to Client in terms of this assignment To provided support to the IWPP Commercial Engineer in the provision of advice and guidance about the ECWPA technical schedules To participate in and advise Client on the management and control of liquidated damages arising under the ECWPA including but not limited to i performance LDs and ii delay LDs To assist Client in the receipt evaluation adjudication and approval of the monthly invoices and any other invoices submitted by an IWPP To assist in the management of a dispute database required to manage and control all disputes that might arise with the IWPP in relation to the ECWPA To assist in the ongoing review of Clientrsquos duties and obligations under the IWPP program To assist in the ongoing management and updating of the business processes required to discharge Clientrsquos IWPP duties and obligations To contribute to the development of new IWPP projects and provide related technical advice and drafting output Job Requirements

Education B.Sc in Engineering or higher MBA or equivalent professional experience Experience At least five years engineering and or utility experience IWPP engineering and contracts experience gained in the Arabian Gulf or other markets Familiar with advising at supervisory and junior staff levels Has operated at a junior supervisory level in the power and or water industry
