Plant details • 500 MW OCGT each. Simple cycle power plant • 2 Plants in total. • 2 units per plant. • Siemens turbines. As a DCS Commissioning Engineer you are responsible for • Should support the Lead CSU DCS Engineer in preparing the setup for DCS and operating area. • Should coordinate with the DCS supplier for energization of the controllers remote cabinets server cabinets and setting up the communication. • Should upload or support the supplier in uploading the graphics and logics in DCS • Should plan the graphic and logic checks as per the system commissioning schedule or as per the directions of Lead CSU DCS Engineer. • Should perform or support the system logic tests along with the operating lead engineer. • Should establish the communication for datalinks MODBUS etc other secondary communication along with the controller vendors. • Should perform the hot loop shooting along with the Electrical and IC CSU Team members. • Should coordinate with engineeringdesign company in case of design errors logic changes HMI errors etc. • Should coordinate with construction department for any design modifications or other requirements. • Should markup all the network drawings in case of changes and submit the asbuilts to engineeringdesign company for approval and revisions. • Should follow up on the pending issues with vendor or design company pending materials etc and ping any critical issue Lead CSU DCS Engineer's attention. • Should troubleshoot the issues or problems found during testing or commissioning and achieve the solution in reasonable manner. Our client is looking for DCS Commissioning Engineer meeting the following requirements • Engineering Degree. • 10 years Commissioning experience with Siemens Gas Turbine.
