Due to our expanding growth and desire to grow we are seeking Recruitment Coordinator to support one of our Consultants. This is an exciting role that you can take as far as you are prepared to develop it. Working in a team you provide support by placing adverts to attract and select applicants you will also telephone screen and interview candidates and write profiles for them to be sent to potential clients. Your responsibility will be to manage and maintain the candidate database ensuring that the information is properly managed and our candidates are looked after. You will look for opportunities for business development as well passing these on to the Consultant so that they can follow them up. This role will also mean that you may support the MD with a variety of projects including organising events marketing material and so on so your creative side will be requiredRequirementsResponsibilities • Manage the candidate Database • Write adverts for roles • Send out marketing material for candidates • Identify business development opportunities • Update candidates on their applications • Adhoc projects for the MD Requirements • Outstanding English communication written and verbal a MUST • Experience in reviewing and submitting candidates • Creative Writing • Energy and enthusiasm • Female This role will suit someone who has some experience in HR who loves being creative and enjoys working with technology and who loves to problem solve.
