SALES ENGINEER TOOLS

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT



Generates sales by visiting customers and providing them with information regarding specifications and pricing of Tools amp Garage equipment. Maintains relationships with customers in accordance with the policies and procedures of the division and the company.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp RESPONSIBILITIES



1.Undertakes frequent visits with clients and representatives to generate sales of Tools amp Garage equipment.

2.Maintain a record of clients in Kerridge using CRM.

3.Coordinate Aftersales service as necessary to build a satisfied customer base.

4.Analyze market trends and competitor activities in order to utilize the information to work out an aggressive counter Sales and Marketing strategy.

5.Analyze the sales segmentation.

6.Record customer complaints and find solutions for issues.

7.Analyze the causes of issues in order to take preventive steps for the future.

8.Submit reports on sales and other daily activities.

9.Provide support on the warranty issues.

المهارات

•Sales experience in the Safety amp Tool business a plus

•Knowledge of the Kerridge system a plus

•Excellent customer service ability

•Professional in appearance and attitude

•Selfmotivated

•Good communication skills in both English Arabic aplus

•Computer Skills Microsoft office package
