We are seeking for a highly disciplined and experienced engineer to fill the position of Mechanical Engineer to work on our project in Dubai UAE.



Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of time lines for design and development groups estimate budgets and make decisions on product cost effectiveness
  


• Establish policies or standards and review output. Ability to prepares and write detailed reports of projects and confer with management on project time lines
  


• Provide researches prices for the procurement of all necessary materials and tracks all material and fabrication costs associated with each assigned task
  


• Performs Cost Account Management functions as needed
  


• Assist in the management of complex design projects that involve technical and financial challenges responsible for schedule cost and technical requirements
  


• Designs develops and plans operations using CAD tools
  


• Other duties as assigned
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Qualifications and Experience
  
  

  
  
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university
    
  
  
  • Registered Mechanical and Professional Engineers is required
    
  
  
  • Minimum of 12 years' combined experience as Design Mechanical Engineer including building services and construction of hotels out of which minimum 57 years with internationally renowned consultantsconstruction firm
    
  
  
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering and design familiar with applicable codes standards and acceptable industry practices
    
  
  
  • Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing online collaboration scheduling and estimating also is important
    
  
  
  • Required with the ability to prepare written specifications and contract documents
    
  
  
  • Must be proactive adaptable and a motivated team player
    
  
  
  • Fluency in EnglishArabic language in both verbal and written communication skills is required
