HR Generalist

Job descriptionAs an HR Administration support you will be Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve workrelated problems. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommend needed changes. Perform difficult staffing duties including dealing with understaffing refereeing disputes firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Represent organization at personnelrelated hearings and investigations. Administer compensation benefits and performance management systems and safety and recreation programs. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions wages opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices. Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnelrelated data such as hires transfers performance appraisals and absenteeism rates. Analyze employmentrelated data and prepare required reports. Local Workday Project lead data cleaning local communication training HR Administrator for the system HR Internal Communications HR Portal Lead provide updates on policies procedures forms etc announcements for new joiners leavers on weekly based to be posted on NewsBox eNewsletter Holidays Calendar etc. Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts. Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring termination leaves transfers or promotions using human resources management system software. Interpret and explain human resources policies procedures laws standards or regulations. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities compensation benefits schedules working conditions or promotion opportunities. HRG Address employee relations issues such as harassment allegations work complaints or other employee concerns. Schedule or conduct new employee orientations same as point 4 Maintain and update human resources documents such as organizational charts employee handbooks or directories or performance evaluation forms PPM Ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed and the employees experience a smooth offboarding Provide terminated employees with outplacement or relocation assistance. Coordinate with the Government Relations for a smmoth onboarding and offboarding of the new joiner leavers Review and implement all policies procedures forms in line with the PPS guidelines Ensure that new joiners leavers trasnsfers tracking reports are in place and up to date Ensure that all new joine more...
