Purpose of the Job

To Plan Control and manage all Site Activities including arrange all required miscllenouse installation materials and erection tools for 380kV High Voltage Substation. He will have to organize and manage all the site erection and commissioning activities prepare the required site plan and prepare all DAP for miscellaneous site materials implement the overall project plans till completion. Hold the custody and responsibility of all project drawings at site including the supervision of the marked up drawings. Control and manage the project major equipment and site materials.

Site Plans and Schedule till energization are met. All three weeks look ahead plans are met all site documentation are compliled and handed over to the PM all surplus materials are secured and shifted to central warehouse complete demobilization are completed on time.

Responsibilities

Atilde131acirc128154Atilde130bull Coordinate with PM and Erection Manager to provide the required manpower and resources required for successful erection.

Atilde131acirc128154Atilde130bull Prepare the entire site work plan including the three weeks look ahead plan.

Atilde131acirc128154Atilde130bull Coordinate closely with PM Erection Manager Commissioning Manager Civil Manager and all persons to improve project site activities.

Atilde131acirc128154Atilde130bull Carry out disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy to improve site works activities and protect ALSTOM interest.

Atilde131acirc128154Atilde130bull Get the progress reports approved and validated by the client to improve invoicing action and plan.

Atilde131acirc128154Atilde130bull Support and arrange for all site training program for the client in line with the contract obligations.

Position in the Organisation

He will mainly liaise with the Client Site sypervisors manage all site engineers project manager erection manager coordinate with MEP site engineer and site commissioning manager.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Electrical Engineer with 10 to 15 years experience. Must have a similar experience in site management of 380kV Substation projects in the Middle East.

Technical Knowledge Experience

Very strong personality proactive deep knowledge in erection sequence strong erection planning and reporting good communication skills discipline fluent English strong reporting skills very good knowledge of computer software.

Technical Skills amp Competencies

Knowledge of reading electrical mechanical and civil drawings reading clearly the interface between electrical mechanical and civil. Good experience and knowledge on erection of major SS equipment ability of estimation DAP for site materials.
