Working for a local consultancy in Kuwait there is a need for a senior specification writer



Prepares material lists and specifications to be used as standards by Quantity Surveying department for preparing Specification for the particular project and to be used by the Supervision Department for Construction activities.





Ø

Analyze plans and drawings to be able to determine materials specifications.





Ø

Writes technical descriptions specifying material qualities and properties utilizing knowledge of material standards and construction procedures.





Ø

Write Outline Specifications Detailed Specifications in CSI format





Ø

Interpret architectural engineering and contract documents drawings and specifications and assist the Project Manager Lead Quantity Surveyor in locating information particular to the project



Nationality we have no issue as long as he worked with big companies in similar role



Years of Experience above 12 years



Experience UK EU and Middle east



Joining date within two months
