Acircmiddot At least 5 additional years of experience in a field leadership role in service or project management

Acircmiddot At least 3 years of experience in a services leadership role or leadership role of 50 plus directindirect reportsAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics Acircmiddot Bachelor's degree in Business Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred Acircmiddot Prior experience in leadership of company compliance employee healthsafety and protection of the environment is preferred Acircmiddot Prior experience in a financial background with PampL experience is preferred Acircmiddot Strong customer service orientation and extensive customer interface experience Acircmiddot Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously Acircmiddot Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment Acircmiddot Six Sigma training is preferred Acircmiddot Knowledge of OampM financial operations with ability to control cost margins levels within financial targets of the business.
