In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise be involved in longterm planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Acircmiddot Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned customers
Acircmiddot Provide total program leadership Customized Service Agreement and Time and Material
Acircmiddot Provide coordination with the customer and other GE Customer organizations through the Customer Team process
Acircmiddot Manage the Contract Margin Review process and Time and Material profitability metrics
Acircmiddot Responsible for contract flow down with Sales Director and the development of procedure manuals related to the contract
Acircmiddot Monitor assigned unit performance and initiate actions as required to achieve contract profitability and technical workscoping requirements
Acircmiddot Represent GE in business and contractual discussions with customer
Acircmiddot Review invoices for assigned accounts and collect cash in a timely manner
Acircmiddot Establish productivity goals by contract or product
Acircmiddot Organize and support program and technical reviews with customer
Acircmiddot Determine and flow down customer shop visit forecasts
Acircmiddot Manage CFC resources and account ownership at site and adjust as necessary to meet volume changes and changing customer demands
Acircmiddot Establish individual performance plans for direct CFC reports and manage ongoing and regular performance discussions including midyear performance dialogues and annual EMS discussions along with associated compensation salary planning
Acircmiddot Provide sitelevel team leadership for the assigned product lines within the PlatformQualificationsRequirements Acircmiddot Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or colleg
Acircmiddot At least 5 additional years of experience in customer and program management
Acircmiddot At least 6 years experience managing longterm customer service agreements TampM deals or 2 years involvement in longterm contract margin reviewsAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics Acircmiddot Prior experience representing GE in business and contractual discussions with customer is preferred Acircmiddot Knowledge of overhaul and repair processes is preferred Acircmiddot Knowledge of shop fulfillment processes required to support customer accounts Acircmiddot Strong oral and written communication skills Acircmiddot Strong influencing skills including building trust credibility motivating engaging the team and developing promoting the team Acircmiddot Able to lead crossfunctional and customer supplier teams Acircmiddot Strong conflict resolution skills Acircmiddot Strong business and financial acumen Acircmiddot Able to communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations including upper management Acircmiddot Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
