Mackinnon Bruce International is currently working with a leading International EampP organisation with operations spanning the Middle East Gulf of Mexico and Northern Europe. Due an increase in Production capacity across a sizeable portfolio of onshore and offshore producing assets they are looking to recruit a new Production Engineering Manager in the Middle East to oversee the technical aspects of this ongoing and ever increasing production activity.

Reporting to the Director of Production the Production Engineering Manager will hold responsibility for the safe delivery and execution of production optimisation campaigns utilising a team of multidisciplined engineering personnel including Petroleum and Reservoir Engineers Intervention Workover and Completions IWOCS professionals and Production Technicians. The design of such activities will be put together in response to ongoing data analysis from a vast number of producing wells ensuring that the available resources are utilised to their maximum effectiveness.

Our client is looking for highly experienced degree educated individuals in reservoir engineering or related discipline with vast fieldbased exposure to a variety of asset types including experience with HPHT wells and a mixture of onshore and offshore experience. As a key representative for the company on an international scale candidates should be well versed in International HSE rules and regulations. 5 years in a position of similar seniority is highly preferred as is geographical experience of the Middle Eastern region.
