House Manager

House Manager This position is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Villa Owner and her daughter •Supervise household staff on a daily basis Driver Nanny Cook Beautician and Cleaner to include hiring coordination and keeping track of schedules and appointments •Oversee the household operations and maintain schedules •Keep track of budgets payments of bills and utilities scheduling and following through the maintenance and repairs of the household and car •Keep track of school schedules and appointments of the daughter of the house •Organize social events of the house meet with the guests and arrange for appointments •Answer the house phone and process the mails •Handles travel arrangements and schedules of the Lady and her daughter •Willing to be available on weekends and evenings to spend time with the family •Maintain an inventory of household items and replenish as necessary. •Maintain general safety overall cleanliness and wellbeing of the home. Requirements •Must be female between 3040 years old • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred •Nationality preferred is European Arabic and Asian Singaporean or Chinese •Minimum of 5 years experience working as House Manager or related experience •Excellent verbal and written skills •Organized flexible proactive and can multitask and prioritize duties and assignments •Able to work independently with minimum supervision or direction while being a team player •Sharp and quick and a selfstarter who thrives under stress •Professional polished conservative demeanor and highenergy personality •With previous managementsupervisory experience •Negotiable Salary and a good package will be given the right candidate via http://ift.tt/1rbiUk5
