Healthcare Improvement Program Manager (Continuing Care) - HMC Global Medical Recruiting seeking international Medical Staff on behalf of Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). HMC is an international healthcare system which delivers a comprehensive range of acute healthcare services to the population of Qatar. HMC is large and complex; currently employing 16,000 clinical staff across eight hospitals accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI). Candidates with qualifications obtained in WESTERN countries (such as UK, Australia, NZ, South Africa, Canada and USA), ARAB countries and EUROPEAN countries are invited to apply. Contract package: Very competitive 3 years renewable contract offered for expats. Tax free Basic Monthly Salary of 15000 -27875 QAR per month.. + HOUSING/HOUSING ALLOWANCES: For SINGLE CONTRACT: Single housing provided. For FAMILY CONTRACT: Optional fully furnished Family housing provided OR Housing Allowances according to grade level. Grade 108 - 110: 5 000 QAR. Grade 111 - 114: 6 500 QAR. Grade 115 - above: 8 000 QAR. OTHER BENEFITS ADDED IN THE CONTRACT - Subsidized healthcare. Round-trip annual leave flight tickets per year to your point of hire. (family incl if family contract). The benefits outlined here are those that apply to most employees. Minimum requirements: EDUCATION:B.Sc Degree with 3-5 years of experience or Diploma with 8 years. Preferred: Masters Degree EXPERIENCE: Post graduate experience of 3-5 years in program management at an executive level within a large healthcare organization. Preferred: A track record of delivering significant improvement programs at a country or regional level LICENSURE: Licensed in country of origin. AGE: As per hospital policy only candidates up to the age of 49 will be considered. GENDER: Male and Female. LANGUAGE SKILLS: English essential and Arabic preferred. Job Specifications: Position Summary: This role has responsibility of managing multiple interdependent project which will improve HMC performance impacting upon innovation and development, service transformation and improvement and strategic enhancements. Principal Accountabilities: Develops programs which deliver sustained longer term improvements based on comprehensive analysis of HMC strategies and objectives. Ensures alignment of programs with CHI objectives Establishes processes and procedures to facilitate program management and project accomplishments Develops program plans, bringing together information on projects, resources, timescales, monitoring and control. Oversee multiple system redesign and service delivery improvement projects. Manage and direct project support staff attached to individual projects. Deliver projects according to a stadardized project management framework and pre-determined timelines to ensure integration of projects and systems. Ensure that programs are integrated into hospital business plans and service delivery operations. Coordination and prioritization of resources across projects. Mitigation of risks through appropriate planning. Effective financial management of programs against budget allocations. Conducts regular reviews of programs and adjusts as necessary for changes in organizational priorities, structures or the external environment. Ensures effective management of projects and stakeholders. Continuously assesses program performance, researches and develops new capabilities. Submitting your CV to several hospitals at once (in countries of your choice). 3. Liaise between yourself and the hiring hospitals for feedback on CV submitted. 4. Arrange for Telephonic / SKYPE / in person interviews. 5. Send the Offer of employment to you with relevant information regarding the offer, employer, country etc. 6. Assist you with acceptance of the offer and submission of all relevant documentation.(Note: On acceptance of a offer of employement - you need to budget for the following expenses: Police clearance certificate, Medical/bloodtest, Authentication fees and Credentialing fees. The afore-mentioned is paid directly to the relevant supplier of the service for ex medical/bloodtest fees will be paid to the relevant physician/medical practice you choosed and used and NOT to Global Medical Recruiting. Requirements regarding the afore-mentioned documentation differs from hospital to hospital and between countries 7. Assist you with Verification / Credentialing (Clinical Staff) and all recruitment requirements. 8. Liaise with the employer regarding issuing of your entry visa into the country. 9. Advise you on when it is safe to resign. 10. Book your flight and meet & greet at the airport. 11.
