GraduateJunior Surveyor

My client is a well established property consultancy in the UAE they are now recruiting a western educated GraduateJunior Surveyor to support their valuations team in Dubai. To apply for this position you MUST have an RICS accredited degree and be looking to continue your APC.



Thenbspresponsibilitiesnbspof this role include



Provides market information to senior appraisers

Assist senior appraiser in the preparation of real estate appraisal reports

Taking photos of properties and sourcing comparable39s

Primary research on market area

Use Argus software for valuations





Competencies for the role



Strong report writing skills in English

Able to work under pressure and deliver to meet deadlines

Excellent with numbers andnbspanalysingnbspdata

Be a team player



You have a bachelor39s degree BABS from fouryear college or more...
