Job Reference DNP7057 Chartered Quantity Surveyor Cost Manager Location RiyadhSalary 60000 70000 per annum Annual bonus accommodation flights etc.Job Type PermanentIndustry Building and ConstructionMy client a large private practice of surveyors and project managers now has a requirement for one or two Chartered Quantity Surveyors to join their new but very busy office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Because of their ability to get working VISAs you will need to be from the United Kingdom or Ireland only. You should be able to either act as a Project Surveyor and be able to run your own projects or as a Quantity Surveyor reporting and supporting a Project Surveyor. You will work on a diverse range of projects which currently includes Data Centres Retail Outlets Office Fitouts light industrial etc. You must have experience of working for another private practice quantity surveying firm and be able to do all pre and post contract QS services from project initiation to final account. You should be either MRICS or SCSI accredited and have experience of handling fast track projects where you will deal with a number of projects concurrently.
