MA Manager

Working within the corporate finance team of one of the largest conglomerates in KSA this new position has been created to focus on MampA activity across the group.



You will be responsible for identifying evaluating and executing investment business opportunities in and outside of KSA. This will involve evaluating business opportunities offered by the various business units managing the negotiations with mergeracquisition partners whilst supporting the process with analytical evaluation liasing with senior management investment bankers and external consultants.



Additional tasks will be participating in the selection of Investment Bankers and Financial Advisors reviewing the financial and tax structuring impact of the transaction and identifying cross business units synergies for investment opportunities.
