Swift Worldwide Reosurces are recruiting for a 'Change Management Specialist' on behalf our client an operating company with assets in Iraq. The positon will be based in Dubai working 5 days per week.

The Change Management Specialist will be repsonsible for managing the 'Change Mangement' process activities for each EPC contract identifying and documenting project revision design developments and design changes. the position will als hold responsibilty for the maintenance of project change registers and related documentation.

the succesful candidate will be responisble for ensuring change management is active across all EPC contracts and ensuring that all meetings are organised.

Qualification Requirements

Education

ndash Higher technical education in and Engineering Discipline or significant

relevant experience.

Work experience

ndash Approximately 10 years of experience in a similar role Project Engineer

Project Controls with strong engineering understanding.

Knowledge

ndash HSE competence

ndash Change Management Concepts and application

ndash Technical requirements on Oil and Gas Projects

ndash Knowledge of Cost and Schedule devbelopment

ndash Best practices in the respective discipline

Skills

ndash Ability to interact with representatives of different cultures

ndash Analytical approach to solution of complex technical problems in the area

of various disciplines

ndash Ability to work independently in uncertain conditions while achieving the

set target

ndash Coaching and mentoring skills

Language skills

ndash English ndash Advanced

PC proficiency

ndash Microsoft Office

ndash Primavera Preferred but not essential
