Regional Business Development Manager ndash Oil and Gas
Your position
As Regional Business Development Manager you will be based in the Abu Dhabi Office of Tebodin Middle East. You will be reporting to the Regional Director MD and your markets would be Saudi Qatar UAE amp Bahrain. Your primary role is to identify new Clients establish the relevant contacts and generate project opportunities in order to grow Tebodinrsquos client portfolio in the GCC.
You should be able to evaluate general and specific business conditions plan and coordinate the implementation of new business plans. Shall be able to manage the operations with minimal support for developing business for the company. Will be also responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients to ensure on going business amp to set targets with the management and ensure those business targets are met.
You should be able to form amp motivate multicultural teams within a matrix type organisation. Shall be able to smoothly interact with existing and potential clients. You are expected to have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

You
- Have a commanding sales and Business development knowledge.
- Desire to move out in the field meet potential clients on a daily basis and establish strong bonds with the key players in the market.
- Understand the requirements of the Tebodin quality systems amp ensure these requirements are met
- Have knowledge of IOC NOC clients in this region
- Retain existing clients through effective networking.
- With minimal administrative support meet the set targets.
- Attend meetings and conferences related to the market to understand current developments business prospects etc.
- Submit regular reports to the management about tasks and achieved targets.
- Identify the USP of the organization to optimally target clients in the market and ensure maximum business.
For this position we ask for a person with Masters in the relevant field. Should have an ample experience and a strong network as a Business Development Manager preferable exposure in Saudi markets with at least 15 years of experience out of which 5 years should have been with leading Engineering Consultants.
