Solutions Executive for Data Center

Job descriptionAs Client Solutions Executive CSE at Cisco you will be responsible for the successful positioning and selling of Data Center Services to European Enterprise customers focusing on the Middle East region. You will focus on driving Advanced Services growth – rather than support services – and on generating new DC services business – rather than maintaining existing runrate business. Your primary target base will be top enterprise customers and you will therefore work in close partnership with Services Sales teams Product Sales Specialists Systems Engineers and Technology Practice experts. Throughout the DC services sales cycle you will have primary responsibility for identifying and qualifying opportunities – bringing them to successful closure in close collaboration with the DC practice business development managers. You will assume a leading sales role in assessing DC customer needs and tailoring solutions and servicesled propositions to meet those needs. Throughout the process you will be expected to help achieve continuous improvement of the DC services portfolio high customer satisfaction rates and close alignment with marketing local and central service delivery teams global practices and business units. Objectives and Responsibilities• Increasing sales of DC services based on a thorough understanding of DC market dynamics and typical customer requirements • Understanding of industry trends such as Cloud Computing and VDI and awareness of CISCO products and solutions will be a plus • Driving large DC deals in key transformational and Strategic accounts • Effectively identifying qualifying and assisting with the scoping of opportunities to achieve greater pipeline discipline and higher conversation ratios • Developing and managing territory sales strategy which will meet or exceed bookings targets and providing weekly forecasting and visibility into sales activity • Influencing partners in positioning Cisco Services in a partnerlead model In addition to ownership of services sales as CSE you will be expected to contribute to the success of wider Cisco DC technology product adoption Work Experience • Typically requires BSBA or equivalent. MBA preferred. • Increasing levels of responsibility in salesmarketing or delivery of services into Fortune 1000 accounts is required. • Experience in selling professional services consulting services custom solutions preferred. • Trained and experienced in strategic executive conversations. • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a highly matrix environment. Experience with solutions sales in a high tech environment. • Indepth knowledge and experience in sales of DC technology and services along with awareness of Data Center trends such as Cloud Computing and Virtualization. Experienced with Strategic Account Planning Consultative Sales. • Demonstrated ability to understand and interact with senior level customer management Director VP CXO.• Ability to craft comprehensive service solutions and to articulate business benefits of those solutions. • Expert verbal and written communication including executivelevel formal and informal presentation skills is required.The Internet of Everything is a phenomenon driving new opportunities for Cisco and it's transforming our customers' businesses worldwide.
