Required Skills

A minimum of 2 years' experience in coastal engineering . Knowledge and experience using any of the following software DHI's MIKE SW BW HD MT and ST SWAN CORMIX Delft 3D UNIBEST SLOPEW and SHIPMA software.

Willingness to learn and assist with metocean field surveys.

Willingness to learn and assist with field trips to supervise coastal works.

Willingness to learn project management and client interaction.

Excellent English communication and reporting skills.

Excellent Computer skills including Excell Word and Power Point.



Desirable

Post graduate degree in coastal marine or environmental engineeringsciences.

Previous experience in the Middle East.

Understanding of coastal engineering structures including design of breakwaters revetments seawalls intakeoutfall structures and scour protection systems.

Familiarity with Matlab ArcMap CEDAS Joinsea Grapher and Surfer software.

Knowledge of navigation studies.

Previous experience interacting with clients government organizations and other disciplines.

Familiarity with international coastal engineering codes and standards.





Salary would be between 15000 Emirati Dirham which is £2448 to 26000 Emirati Dirham which is £4243 total package these salary figures given would all depend on experience and are all negotiable
