Magnolia Restaurants Management is a leading Food Beverage operator in the Middle East region. MRM is now hiring Area Manager for its brand ''Just Falafel''. Ideal applicant should be an Arab National currently residing in Riyadh with a transferable visa. Job description is as below



Review and analyze the sales compare them find the reason for increase or decrease and write a report with an action plan on how to improve

• Study a LSM for each unit and elaborate a plan with a calendar

• HR Training Review all training records ensure all units has the proper training materials and plan a training calendar

• Time management Complete daily weekly monthly schedule

• Administration Be familiar with all paper work related to his job

• Sales Profit

• People Development

• Communication

Skills

Minimum 5 6 years’ experience in field management role within similar QSR environment

• Personal Effectiveness Interaction Leadership influence and communication conflict resolution teamwork

Sales analysis action plan skills.

• LSM planning skills
