Your responsibilities will include
bull Preparing documents contracts and correspondence
bull Booking meetings preparing meeting rooms and taking minutes
bull Taking calls and answering emails
bull Diary management
Who we39re looking for
You must be an experienced Administrator with previous experience supporting a team. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your time effectively between the team.
You will need to have excellent MS Office skills.
You must have fluent English skills as the team are native English. Arabic would be desirable. Your English skills will be assessed and you must achieve a high pass rate to get to interview.
The role is only open to candidates currentlyliving in Abu Dhabi.

The client are a large semi government organisation with a big presence in the region.
What39s on offer
The salary is offered up to AED 21000. This includes all benefits.
