• Finding out prospective customers through various leads and ensuring that they sell Bupa Arabia products to families SME’s where the coverage ranges from 1 30 lives through outbound inbound calls.
• To apply the complete sales process laid down while interacting with a prospective customer so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing with risk management team.
• Reporting on a daily basis on the calls done the target achieved.
• Establish and Maintain strong relationship with our customers by applying the telesales loyalty program.
2. Cash Management and Compliance
• Ensure that all the premiums are collected as per the agreed timelines.
• Ensure that the terms of agreement are as per the requirements of the regulator like CCHISAMA.
