Kate Cowhig International Healthcare Recruitment in partnership with their client in Qatar are seeking to fill the post of Senior Specialist for Retention amp Skillmix

The main responsibility of the role is to coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure that healthcare skill mix is available and to establish and support a multidisciplinary team holistic patient centred approach that enhances the quality of care.

The main nature and scope of this position would be

• 
  

  Developing and maintaining a framework for health workforce information systems in order to accommodate the collection processing and dissemination of information on health workforce including stock migration educationtraining capacity skill mix distribution expenditures.

  
  


• 
  

  Identified appropriate approach to skill mix for implementation with potential to deliver change within the required timescale and evaluating the impact of the new skill mix.

  
  
  
  

  Knowledge Skills and Experience Required

  
  

  
  
  • 
    

    Relevant Healthcare Professional Qualification not less than Master Degree.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Health Human Resources background and similar post experience a must

    
    
    
    

    
    
    • Holds a higher qualifications such as Research or Management
    
    
    • Understanding and experience in project management within a healthcare setting
    
    
    • Understanding of the health care system and patient care approaches such as multidisciplinary care coordination of care and care standards and protocols
