Our client is a major Saudi Arabian Building Contractor who employs a significant number of western expats on their projects in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Established for over 40 years they have constructed many high profile projects in the Kingdom in the commercial residential and medical sectors.

They are currently commencing a new multibillion dollar landmark quotcityquot project in the kingdom which will consist of numerous residential towers medical centres clinics university a number of high spec hospitals research and data centres and numerous associated works.

Due to the enormity of the project they are seeking to recruit a number of experienced western professionals for their project teams.

Duties

Preparation of detailed schedules for construction phase

Supervision of a team of schedulers assigned to the project.

Ensuring Primavera schedules correlate to Costing Data.

Estimation of time element of change of orders and incorporation within the schedules.

Evaluation of claims

Identifying more beneficial construction opportunities working closely with Project Management and contracts administration

Review approve subcontractors schedules.
