A large Real Estate Group is currently looking for an experienced Retail Leasing Coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi.You will be required to support leasing efforts for several existing and upcoming retail schemes spread across the UAE managing tenant leasing inquiries and overseeing administrative responsibilities for the department. You will be based at the head office and will be responsible for day to day leasing tasks. Your main responsibilities will be Liaise with other support departments. Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective tenants in order to promote the various schemes managed by the company. Develop a close working relationship with all tenants encouraging them to conduct their business efficiently and effectively in compliance with the requirements of their leases and any supplemental regulations. Preparing offer letters issuing lease agreements and addendums based on negotiated terms. Liaise with the retail fitout team in transitioning executed contracts through to the unit handover and commencement of fitout. Be involved in all aspects lease administration filing systems and specialty leasing for the company. Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper followup system. Rent payment collection and negotiating on deferred payment plan for selected retailers.
