Your responsibilities will be to

• Lead the Reservoir team and contribute in the construction and maintenance of engineering model of the assets reservoir utilising contour maps seismic data production rates and well data to determine original oil in place recovery factors and remaining reserves to support field development decision making.
  
  
  
  • Supervise and contribute to reviews and analyses of data from GampG and production on
    
    
    

    
    
    proposed well locations to evaluate production potential of new wells or existing wells to be deepened or additionally perforated and make recommendations to technical management.

    
    

    
    
    • You will direct and advise on determination of the economic viability of projected wells in terms of predicted increased production rate and volume of reserves versus cost. You will contribute to and review recommendations to technical management regarding the ranking of candidate wells to optimise production.
    
    
    • Direct and advise on FEED analysis and economic models of exploration plays utilising geologic maps and seismic data as the basis for calculating potential reserves and profitability. Analyzes economic evaluations reserves evaluations and production forecasts prepared by reservoir engineering team. Conducts peer review of data to ensure technical integrity and presents to senior technical management as part of the evaluation process of projects.
    
    
    • Provide leadership to members of the department through mentoring coaching performance management and development opportunities such that team members are effective contributors to department objectives and realise their potential for future assignments.
      
      
      

      
      
      
      
      As an experienced Reservoir Engineering Manager you will have

      
      

      
      
      • Degree in Petroleum Industry related discipline
      
      
      • A minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the Petroleum Industry in reservoir engineering
      
      
      • Well developed leadership skills such as communicationinfluencing drive for results decision making
      
      
      • Handson management
      
      
      • Selfstarter skills
