Identifies opportunities for growth and share gain. Creates a regional product strategy including product positioning install base growth strategy and collaborates with global marketing on lifecycle management strategy. Provides input to the new productsolutions roadmap development.Essential Responsibilities
Utilizes Gold Standard marketing practices and skills to develop and execute the marketing plan for a product in assigned region. Responsibilities include VOC gathering Marketing Blueprint development and collaboration segmentation targeting and positioning to align messaging tactics commercial channel tools and execution for success
Employs market research clinical and industry trend analysis market share and competitive analysis winloss tracking and price realization in developing commercial strategy for a product in a given region.
Owns launch plans for new products in the region with appropriate product positioning segmentregionspecific value propositions and distribution strategies
Understands customer's clinical and economic needs as well as values and benefits sought.
Executes all demand generation and awareness activities for a product in EAGM including trade shows customer events advertising telemarketing campaigns promotions. Works with Marketing Communications and PR to develop and execute marcom plans. Responsible for capturing and reporting upon relevant metrics for a given product.
Develops programs to gather regional evidence of customer success early adopters show sites and clinical evidence where appropriate
Provides regional input to business cases for productsupgrades that are at concept stage work with Global Product marketing Business Analysis and Global Design to develop test and prototype new product ideas
Develops the tools and training for the local commercial organizations to sell and manage product configurationsQualificationsRequirements 1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum 5 years experience in sales amp marketing
3. Team oriented ability to motivate and work well with diverse crossfunctional teams
4. Influencing skills ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
5. Excellent oral and written communications skills
6. Strong analytical and process skills
7. Healthcare productindustry acumenAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics
MBA or Master's degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
8 years experience in marketing product marketing or related field
Marketing expertise in market amp customer insights product commercialization and branding
Healthcare productindustry acumen
Innovation develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
