The role is Program Manager PgM and you would be responsible for the overall project control operations and will report directly to the project manager.



Your main role will be to develop WBS OBS ABS provide a detailed project schedule based on WBS provide a cost management system including establishment of cost estimates and budgetary systems establish a change control system develop risk and opportunity management plans and carry out quality risk analysis in association with the GRC.



You will aslo need to provide strategic leadership on the project to the program planners in the design and supervision team and coordinate cost estimating and quantity surveying operations.

You will also need to provide operational and technical leadership clientstakeholder management and reputation and people leadership.
