acirc128cent 10yearsacirc128153 experience in Planning Building Operations

acirc128cent Experience in the GCC

acirc128cent Perfect command of spoken and written English

acirc128cent Good knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001



Key Tasks and Responsibilities

acirc128cent Make improvement and constant upgrading of the TAM to suit client needs

acirc128cent Data accuracy in the CMMS

acirc128cent REsponsivle for the planning and scheduling of works for all activities in the facility

acirc128cent Coordinate and obtain feedback site staff for work improvement planning

acirc128cent Attend regular site tours and ensure planning operations are carried out smoothly

acirc128cent Able to replan based on as hoc requests on short changes

acirc128cent Asset configuration

acirc128cent Management of drawings technical library

acirc128cent Ensure proper recording of clientacirc128153s property and asset through the TAM system

acirc128cent Meet KPI requirements set by management

acirc128cent Update daily information on TAM database

acirc128cent Successful completion of scheduled activities
