Based in Seoul KoreaKey Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities to sell the Company's products within the area of Sequencing related business.
Develop implement and manage marketing programs and processes such as segmentation customer needs understanding opportunity prioritization forecast and opportunity management for Sequencing business in Korea
Manage and deploy marketing and BD related resources for presales and postsales support related to for Sequencing. Optimize support model through collaboration with other marketing teams and customer care teams.
Act as a partner to the largermercial operations to generate and coordinate participation from internal teams e.g RampD production procurement marketing quality regulatory affairs that help to advance deals.
Coordinates technical support to determine customer needs respond to inquiries and resolve problems in a timely fashion.
Investigates product issues and ensures satisfactory resolution of customerplaints.
Individual should identify deals and be able to work with sales to close opportunities in the Sequencing related business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life science required master's degree preferred
At least 6 years working experience in Sales
Working experience in MNC environment preferred
Awareness and understanding in Life Sciences
Deep knowledge of the Korea market and cultural sensitivitycapability preferred
Decisive disciplined and creative Sales person who can effectively advance the interests of the Sequencing related business in the Country.
Team player who can effectively network within thepany and in the field to generate productive cooperation where it is needed.
Customer minded individual with the empathy to understand customer decision factors solid marketingsales management expertise in technologydriven and fast growing markets
Concisemunicator with the ability to get to the critical few requirements that will advance sales opportunities and satisfy customer requirements
Able to support and interact with colleagues in similar function in other territories
Minimum Qualifications must have
