Position Manpower Development Advisor

Job Location UAE

Company E P based in UAE–Direct Hire



Job Purpose



• Supervise coordinate the implementation of all Development Programs CAMS ZCAMS CAS PDP CDP available at sites and ensure achievement of KPI targets.

• Provide guidance and support to front line staff in critical roles to demonstrate their competency in their respective roles.

• Provide support to the Assessment Verification Process at sites.

• Supervise coordinate the activities of the onjobinstructors located at site under his responsibility to ensure high level of competence development implementation.

• Coordinate with Line the development strategies and report progress of individuals and groups.

• Keep up to date with latest changes in CAMS ZCAMS PDP CAS CDP programs as well as assessment verification systems.



Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline with at least 10 years of Oil Gas industry experience.

• Experienced in conducting training and competency Development

• Excellent command of English language verbal and written

• Excellent presentation interpersonal skills well organized highly computer literate.
