Job Descriptions – Life insurance Sales · Selling life insurance products · Tactfully identify business opportunities and develop a profitable portfolio of HNI NTC New to Company Clients. · Cross sell Corporate Insurance solutions · Consistently meet or exceed the set financial and quality targets · Work towards creating a niche and setting new benchmarks in ü Solutions offered ü Personalised Service ü Ethical Business ü Innovation · Ensure that all the activities conducted are strictly adhering to the Process Quality and Compliance policies and procedures of the Company and its Service Providers · Regularly review customer’s portfolio and provide accurate and timely information to them along with regularly reviewing and updating customer profiles for possible need gaps · Maintaining stellar working relationship with key industry persons and liaisons with local insurers and PR machinery · Formulating broad based business objectives envisaging plans targets and budgets nurturing and mentoring a key team under purview while maintaining utmost confidentiality and transparency in operations applicable when authorized to create teams Any other duties in conjunction with the job profile or as may be delegated from time to time by the Management.
