ITSM Solutions Account Manager
Job objective
As ITSM Information Technology Service Management Sales Account Manager you will be required to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities within the western region marketplace as part of general prospecting amp targeted sales campaigns. The role will focus on new business and reselling one of the market leading vendors integrated IT service management Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•Key objectives are to achieve the revenue goals and defined growth targets each quarter.
•To identify potential sales opportunities.
•Manage a sales process including negotiating sales opportunities to closure.
•Managing a nurturing inside sales teams to increase revenue and pipeline.
•Able to present the solution the technical architecture and the product capabilities
•Assist in development of marketing programs to achieve business targets.
•Initiate contact manage leads and quote prices prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
•Open new opportunities with Government Sector.
•Report to management on customer relationships pipeline forecasts and new prospects.
•Maintain longterm relationships with customers through the use of database phone calls personal activities events and various other methods
•Understand customer’s need and requirement and recommend suitable advertising space and marketing channels.
•Implementing preconceived sales development strategies.
•challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
•representing the organization at trade exhibitions events and demonstrations

Requirements
•Minimum 3 years successful direct sales experience In the ITSM Space Enterprise Sales experience
•Consistent track record in achieving Revenue Targets with progressive performance
•Experience of working in an IT sales environment and extensive experience in developing and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences.
•Experience of demonstrating ITSM
•Career history involves experience of working in another ITSM software company or working in a demanding IT Service Desk environment prior to moving into a presales role.
•Experienced in developing quality proposals and a strong business case to convince customer to purchase
•Familiarity and understanding of the typical solutions used in IT management Help Desk asset management infrastructure monitoring CMDB
•Fluent to a high standard in written and spoken English and Arabic
•candidates must currently be located in the KSA
•Understanding of Software as a Service SaaS technologies a plus
•Excellent presentation skills
•Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills
•Selfsufficient well organized selfmotivated and selfstarter
•Ability to harmoniously with a variety of employees and external individuals
•Excellent prospecting lead generation and negotiation skills
•Solid levels of PC literacy including Microsoft Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
•ITIL is Preferred
