The main purpose of the role will be to contribute to organisational strategy across MENA region. Responsible for designing and implementing a suite of generalist and recruitment policies and processes that ensure effective operational support and strategic guidance building sustainable development capability for the future.

Objectives

• Developing HR objectives and supporting policies processes and management information systems


• Sourcing selecting and supervising HR consultants lawyers recruitment agents and training specialists


• Supporting the review and implementation of Performance Management Systems


• Contributing to the companyacirc128153s global HR working groups to support roll out of the manpower information system in MENA


• Providing HR and Recruitment support to Business Development for all new projects


• Identifying and managing recruitment and selection requirements and implementation of effective candidate tracking processes


• Design and management of the Mobilisation Demobilisation and Induction process for all employees joiningleaving the business


• Lead and manage the International Travel Process for colleagues and consultants monitoring and tracking individuals travel and contributing to the High Risk Team as required to support travel safety and security in MENA
  
  
  

  Qualifications and experience required

  
  

  
  
  • Graduate level qualification in Human Resources Management and CIPD desirable
  
  
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law
  
  
  • Knowledge of recruitment practices and work permemit and visa system within the Gulf region
  
  
  • Significant knowledge of HR policyprocess and good practice
  
  
  • Excellent English language both written and oral
  
  
  • Experience of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in a GCC setting and achievement of improved organisation outcomes
  
  
  • Responsibility for advising managers and employees on a range of HR issues
  
  
  • Experience of the full recruitment cycle for senior professional roles.
