Fainance Manager

A wellestablished contracting company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a Finance manager to be reporting to Group CFO.

This is a strategic role the ideal candidate has to supervise the operations of the finance department whilst playing an important role in strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management cash flow management cost benefit analysis risk management bank facilities and forecasting needs and managing companyrsquos relationships with financial institutions and investors

Responsibilities

Manage the accounting and financial operations of the company and its key associates with compliance with local standards SOCPA and IRFS.

Responsible for Monthly Quarterly and Annual financial reporting IFRS including coordinating internal and external audits for the company.

Providing and sharing strategic advices on business development and business plan.

Supporting business partners in administering project financial and operational controls

Periodic development investment reporting across all investmentsprojects

Scrutinize and ensure that companyrsquos business activities are in compliance with the companyrsquos internal guidelines and authority delegations

Support and address project specific accounting financial controls and capital needs

Serve as main channel of information on company economic business and financial conditions as well as their impact on the overall strategies and objectives

Mentor and develop an efficient finance team

Skills

Hands on experience and excellent knowledge of development of project budgets and projections

Ability to supervise and train staff including organizing prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.

Analyze and interpret business requirements and to develop appropriate systems and solutions.

Knowledge of contracting sector practices business dynamics systems and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a collaborative style and previous board level exposure or reporting line.

At least 10 years of experience out of which 5 in a Contracting company.

Education

bull Completion of a bachelor39s degree at an accredited college or university.

bull Completion of a master39s degree at an accredited college or university ORnbsp CPAJCPACMA preferred.
