Provide administrative support to the Site and hisher managers in a timely and most cost effective manner.
This includes relieving front desk reception iingoutgoing mails faxes business documents preparation of presentation materials maintenance and logistic support of pantry site and meetingtraining rooms updating staff notice boards issuance of staff pedestal cabinet locker keys ordering of stationery and pantry items assist in on boarding of new staff manage all visitors schedulelogistics support town hall and other meetingtraining that involves a big group of staff assist in employee wellness programme and take minutes of meetings as and when required.

Create and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of documents.

Ensure that systems and procedures are inpliance with site ISOquality requirement.
Minimum Qualifications must have
GCE O Level
Experience in Office Management and Facility
Preferred Qualifications nice to have
LCCL Secretarial Certification
