Cost Engineer SAP Consultant
Job Description The Role
Our leading client is currently seeking a Cost Engineer SAP Consultant based in Dubai on a 12month renewable contract. The Cost Engineer SAP Specialist will be heavily involved in activities within cost engineering and SAP interface for the Project Services on the project. The successful candidate reports to the Team Lead Cost Engineering.
Responsible for supporting cost engineering from SAP interface point of view. Will play a key role in supporting the implementation of CMt on the project and act as the focal point for CMt SAP interface point for the cost engineering work on the project. This will require good coordination with project cost engineers contract holders finance amp CP.
Key player in system embedment tasks. Will provide immediate support for existing and upcoming SAP and Dassian rollouts and system stabilization phases. Interface with delivery groups to ensure complex problems are being worked appropriately.
Work closely with the business users in all parts of the organization to identify opportunities for continuous process improvements challenge status quobusiness requirementschange requests and make the appropriate recommendations and action plans.
Essential Skills Qualifications
Very proficient in SAP from a process and technical point of view. You must possess a good understanding of key SAP Project Systems amp Investment Management module. Knowledge of the SAP Blueprint system and the Upstream business is a huge advantage. Any additional crossmodular FI CPL PM experience would also be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
Good communicator delivery focused and able to work well independently and within the team. You must be a positive proactive and bring a cando attitude.
Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise First values and behaviors.
