Technical Services Manager Sales Execution Gas Turbine Business

. TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES AUTHORITY 1.1 Functionrelated Tasks Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this function are

U Responsible for Sales and Execution of the repetitive GTCC Plant service business for the designated plants within the Gas Turbine Execution Centre GTEC region as per DoWDoR with respective Local Service Centres LSCs

U Commercially manage LTSA and other contracts including risk and claim management

U Support Product Centre PC Baden in Sales and Execution of nonrepetitive service business take lead when delegated by PC Baden

U Support LSCs in scope clarifications and negotiations to close contracts with the best possible conditions for Alstom

U Support development of capture plans for key opportunities

U Support LSC Sales Service Manager SSM in managing PowerSales for the designated plants upload from CGP and entering non repetitive opportunities directly into PowerSales

U Provide to the PC the monthly Orders and Sales forecast planning in alignment with the various LSCs

U Recommend scope for all planned and unplanned maintenance activities provide costing for all offshore supplies

U Review target pricing with LSC especially for the supply of noble parts

U Lead Service Team

U Align with LSCPC on Sales lead for nonrepetitive business and take Sales lead for repetitive business for nonmature LSCs for the designated plants

U Collaborate and align with related parties within the Thermal Power Sales and Marketing communities

U Commit to the agreed and aligned budget and support the LSC to grow order intake for the designated plants

U Provide the six years inspection planning for GT and shaft line components manage CGP for the designated plants

U Periodic review with the LSC SSMs of business opportunities and priority of tenders

U Promote Product Line offerings as appropriate to the SSMs for the designated plants and train SSMs accordingly

U Provide continuous feedback of lessons learnt customer and competitor information



1.2 General Tasks Responsibilities

The general tasks and responsibilities for this function are

Conducting all business activities according to Alstom's Code of Ethics

Acting according to the relevant environment health safety rules

Working according to processes and rules defined in the Management System

Contributing to the improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of processes

Reporting to the supervisor regularly and specifically in case of exceptional or EHS incidents

Taking responsibility for own career and personal development

1.3 Authorization

Signatory authority according to relevant regulations

The right to have access to all information IT systems and applications required to perform this function

Lead Alstom related activities for plant specific repetitive service business in all respects single point of contact towards LSC for the designated plants
