Senior Manager Core Banking

.Job Description



The Incumbent will be directly responsible for the Support of the Core Banking System Temenos T24 modules such as but not limited to Loans Deposits Accounts Customers Charges Interest Limits Treasury and Trade Finance which are part of the Core Banking System. Advise and consult with other departments on core banking issues concerns problems changes and enquiries.



The Development and or Modifications of screens versions menu items SMS and enquiries. The Analysis Planning and Execution of business Change Requests CR submitted to ICT for new products or functionality in the Core Banking System that could be developed and or configured internally. He she is expected to plan evaluate and implement the Core Banking System Change Requests CR received from external provider when internal development is not feasible.



Person Specification



This position requires a Bacheloracirc128153s degree in Management Information Systems or related fields. Academic Knowledge in business accounting or related disciplines is helpful.

At least 8 years of experience in ICT with exposure to Finance Accounting and Banking operations.

At least 6 years of design customization implementation and support of software applications in the Banking Industry.

Deep understanding of the Core Banking System applications configuration.

Experience in integrating the Core Banking System with third party applications like SWIFT ECC AML etc.

Expert in a Core Banking System Implementation methodologies and familiar with ITIL Six Sigma and PMI principles.

Experience in working in multinational teams and international experience for 3 years minimum.

Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
