My client is a market leader in it's sector and has a major order book for the future Responsibilities Delivery of cost calculations for the tender bids Collect information from the production estimator design engineer tender coordinator Processing data into clear and cost optimal budgets and cost estimates including planning and work sequencing Come up with creative and innovative ideas alternatives in order to ensure a competitive cost estimation and efficient works plan Support project management with development of project planning Request and asses proposals prices of sub contractors and suppliers Maintain and administer gathered data and budget information Maintain database which contains prices quotes from sub contractors Collaborate with production estimator colleagues form the commercial department and the project managerExperience required At least 10 years related experience with 3 years in construction industry management contract administration and working knowledge and comprehension more...
