Job Responsibilities Responsible for HVAC maintenance works for the entire plant equipment condition monitoring uninterrupted service due to the critical nature of the business Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule Always ensure all equipment including backup are in good working condition clean and orderly.Responsible for Operations and Maintenance activities. MEP equipment Executive PPM Attend to and resolve the client’s issues promptly Assign technicians to breakdowncomplaint promptly Attend to maintenance complaints investigations and rectification works promptly Prepare monthly reports and stock spares inventory report Maximize recoveries by ensuring that all equipment are in good working condition at all times. Candidate Requirement Diploma or Trade Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. Should have minimum 56 years of post qualification experience as a Mechanical Team lead or Supervisor in a Facilities Management or OM department of a maintenance department of Building Services Division.
