Job Responsibilities Responsible for the Operations Maintenance of mechanical services and activities of building maintenance repair and preventive maintenance program Utilize materials methods terminology equipment and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building structures and systems including those used in performing plumbing heating electrical and mechanical works Develop cost estimates for supplies and equipment Perform the most complex maintenance duties and operate related equipment Manage and coordinate Mechanical works for the Mechanical and Maintenance division of the client’s sites in accordance with the required OM and PPM to meet or exceed the KPI's and contract agreement Comply with HSE and QAQC policies Provide technical direction and on the job training to technical staff Assign and coordinate work to Drafters Mechanical Technicians and Assistant Mechanical Technicians.ConductToolBoxMeetings.

Candidate Requirement 3 years of college level course work in mechanical engineering or a related technical trade certificate is required. 45 years of post qualification experience with facility maintenance in a Team Leader role environment is necessary.
