HR Administrator
Job Description
The Human Resources Administrator Officer will ensure that a clerical tasks are carried out efficiently by providing the necessary daily support in HR operations including vacations and cancellations settlements employee's records maintenance and assisting with ticketing and travel arrangements.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinating work inside the human resources department. Maintain a detailed record of the turnover and researches and formulates strategies.
Assists with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Establish maintain and control employees records files correspondence reports memorandums and disciplinary actions
Timely preparation of payroll leave vacation and cancellation settlements.
Provide assistance in monitoring employee performance through performance appraisals and evaluation processes.
Manage sensitive and confidential matters and protect information data and files.
Conduct research and regulations to achieve the company's goals and objectives
Assist with ticketing and travel arrangement.
Should be female filipina 25 40 yrs. old
Visit visa business visa are welcome to apply
With GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
