Training amp Development Specialist

Job Purpose

To prepare training plans and programs for employee professional development. Deal with external training providers and manage the delivery of training programs and activities. Ensure timely and proper employee performance evaluation and effective professional development initiatives.



Accountabilities

•Implement companywide training policies to address employee skillbased and behavioral needs.

•Prepare learning initiatives and career management programs to improve employee productivity.

•Identify training resources and plans and ensure core job skills and orientation programs are in place.

•Source training providers and partners and lead the negotiation of agreements.

•Review all contracts between the company and training providers and coordinate with other educational institutions to evaluate the appropriateness of current training programs.

•Monitor the delivery of the internal coaching and mentoring program.

•Oversee employee’s annual performance evaluation process by communicating start and end dates of evaluations.

•Oversee payments related to training programs in coordination with the Finance Department amp monitor actual expenses against approved budget.

•Ensure training policies and course material are inline with overall corporate regulations.

المهارات

Qualifications Experience amp Skills

•Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering Business Administration or related discipline.

•Professional qualification from CIPD or any equivalent CPP CTP PDS NVQs etc..

•Graduate Degree is a plus.

•6 years of experience with at least 3 years in organizational trainings.

•Experience in steel or related industry is a plus.

•Expert knowledge of training and development performance management and career and succession planning philosophy theory and techniques.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Existing relationships with key talentsourcing partners.

•In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices.

•Good planning amp organizing skills.
