Project Sales Manager Building Materials

Our client a multinational manufacturer of Building Materials is looking for a Specifications Manager to represent their product portfolio within the Saudi Arabian construction project market. Key accountabilities include but are not limited to

Generating specifications with architects contractors and consultants.



Developing sales and marketing plans for new project opportunities.



Providing clients with full technical solutions through the inclusion of value added engineering principles.



Providing agents and distributors with technical training and support.



Identifying new opportunities for business and growth.



Keeping management informed of competitor’s activities in the market.

Qualifications

Impeccable English communication skills both oral and written



Excellent presentation skills background in conducting

technical presentations to senior level decision makers.



In depth understanding of the construction market.



Civil Industrial Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture degree from fully accredited Western university.



23 years of experience in Technical SalesSpecifications of building materials in Saudi Arabian market.



Project management experience



Ability to work autonomously.
